its one thing to be a jerk when you are adding somthing to the discussion its another to just be a total tool. This dude is degrading the quality of the discussion forum. I would say keep him and move his stuff here for amusment but he will continue to pollute the discussion board as such get rid of him.

Again insulting each other is in great fun just look to Billy for an example, however where Billy adds to a topic this tool just degrades it.

Man I hate having to be all official-like. You know what... just a suggestion. Maybe pick one or two of the posts that you feel are offensive and degrading to the discussion and report them. That way there's a trail, and Dyshade has plenty of back-up and justification for any action he may take.
