While I feel there is nothing hugely wrong with Sybs and her bitching, I must admit that the way she has gone for the jugular of noobs and attacked people, entertaining as it is, is not appropriate behaviour for a mod.
In my opinion if she wants to continue berating folk she needs to give up the modship, as once mods start having to mod other mods regularly it's all a bit (or a lot) pointless.

They think we all get along and brown nose each other, and I can't do that anymore. For the record, I have the utmost respect for you and Windigo. Man, Sybs is a teenager with teenager issues, ffs. I don't really know her that well to make any judgement on her life and how it might express its self here. So I wont even travel down that route. Not that I even want to anyway, its none of my business.

But, she can be trenchant at times when others are trying to be cordial with her, it is something I've noticed with her and something that she needs to recognise and adjust. Give her some slack, she's still young and a bit inexperienced, despite what she says to the contrary.
