Back in the 90's in my old fitness freak days I would consume about 3 - 4 pints of milk a day and about half a dozen raw eggs, the only bad stuff was the brewers yeast tablets I was also taking

Yeah but I was working as a Phys Ed instructor and working out 7 days a week for about 8hrs a day. My calorific intake was 6000 + a day...
