i havent yet been done for speeding, only been on the roads a year, but i do think police pulling people over for dangerous driving is good as idiots who drive stupidly usually survive the accidents, and some poor innocent is fucked up or worse, killed.

there are two things i dont like about police round here...

1. you have more chance of getting seen to if you shout fire than rape, and if someone is on your property robbing you or coming after you, the only way you have a chance of getting the police there, is saying "some twat is robbing me and ive just hit him round the head or shot him"

2. the police set up speed traps to gain points and money. they have a quota. if they wanna meet it, they set up there cameras on a road i fucking hate, ( coz even tho i slow, cars dont and ive been shunted and flashed and beeped and shit for adhering to the fucking limit ) and they stick their tolerance down lower. if they want points, they'll slap em at 32mph. if not, just patrol, you can do 37. and i know this to be true.

oh and another thing, it takes about an HOUR for police to get to our village... they come from ages away. we dont have one any nearer. we get ours from a town about 30-40 mins drive away (average)

Personally.. I have kind of 2 opinions on things.. I don't think weed should necessarily be illegal cuz its not THAT bad.. but a lot of ppl I know start with weed and move to heavier drugs.. its called a "doorway drug" by a lot of people which is the reason, I think, its illegal..

the majority of cops were the same fucking jackasses in highschool who beat up band geeks and threw thier weight around. I was origianlly going to try to get into the FBI after highschool, when i toured the UNH campus and met all the folks (Univeristy of New Haven is huge on criminology etc etc) they were all the old asshole bullies from thier respective highschool all going on to the police academy. i couldnt believe it.. i DO genuinely believe that cops are 75% assholes, bullies, and on power trips, while 25% of them are just decent people. My sister was a cop for 4 years, she got so sick of the shit that most cops did she left the force and moved to NYC to be a writer. Cops are fucking scumbags...although i dont mind some of the treatment i can get away with in several towns in this state where my sister was..i can get away with no seat belt and speeding and pot for the most part. but other than that cops are fucking dirty fucks. and POT IS NOT A DRUG ASSHOLE, its a FUCKING plant! How many asshole Cops were there knuckling down on Alcohol which is a worse "drug" than POT in the prohibition era?

Pot is mood altering substance, it doesnt impair my judgement or change who I am... I understand that it is labeled as a drug, but that doesnt make it one. The government calls taking my money and spending it on things I dont allways believe in but they call it taxes.... I call it wallet-rape.

to say that it clashs on american "socieital wholes" ethics would just lead to blaitant contridictions. its okay to get drunk but wrong to get high. if a trained medicinal practicioner who is licenesed to make the decision that you can smoke pot, its leagal, but still unethical. its okay to take medicine that makes you dick hard but drinking a beer under a preset age is wrong. by you saying "its wrong" is just playing the black and white game. no grey area.

the goverment percieves it to be wrong. the goverment can only enforce laws people are willing to uphold. physical safety and also property safty is usually the key factors that laws are set. you say by smokeing pot, you are making yourself stupid. which, in some extreame cases is valid. but, watching 10 hours of qvc or the golf channel can make you easily as stupid, but people still do it and enjoy it. they arent hurting anyone or anything save a plant. so the next time your munching on a chef salad or walking on someone's grass, think of the plant you are harming.

why is it illegal? what's keeping it from becoming leagal? on many studies (and common sense), it shows that the could be forced onto leagal marijuana sales would be incredible. there-by cutting down on other menial taxes such as car/state/property taxes. wouldnt you like to pay less for the property you've bought with your earned money?
