The best way to make a Marine recruiter leave you alone is to say "I dont have time to talk but if you got literature I will take that" know what they do? they give it to you and leave. And like the mail man your front door is TECHNICALLY public property. I work in doing literature drops in the passed for political campaigns. Noone can tell me I have no right to leave a pamphlet in thier mail box unless they tell me personally. You cant expect that noone is going to come and then try to use it as some justification. I you want to kep people out I suggest buying a fence with a lock on it. Do you understand that?
our yard is fenced in with signs clearly marked 'keep out'. ther entire fenced in yard is private property. not public. outside of the fence is public and people are welcome to leave shuff in the mailbox, i dont care. theyre not talking to me and telling me that my decision is wrong, nor are they in my fucking yard. but then again, they cant seem to FOLLOW that.
and yes, they have inquired as to what my religion is and they have told me that my path is not a path to salvation but a path to hell for those who do not accept jesus etc etc.
