yes... the movie Constantine is coming out in a week. its based on a Vertigo comic called Hellblazer.

now a days? yes, they've got a movie coming out where the "cursed" have pentacles on their palms...
besides, in the newer comics you only see it when he's in hell, otherwise he's dressed very distinguished as damien hellstrom, demonologist extraordinare and resident playboy with the insane wife...besides, he's buddy's with dr. strange...they've already made a movie with him!
