Seems ass-backward to me. I got into it with JLB for a while, asking him why he insisted on insulting me instead of answering my questions (I know now), and the thread gets closed this morning with a "stop acting like little children blahblahblah." Of course, knowing me, I have to get back at somebody who would call me a child for debating a person's debate tactics, but I had no chance to do so. It totally effed up my karma.
Mods, if you want me to take you seriously, don't go against your own rules while upholding them. You aren't immune to the don't-be-a-little-bitch-in-the-serious-discussion-board rule, either. What can I do when you act like dicks? Report you to yourselves? It's easy to say something like, "This thread has been closed for violating the rules" instead of "You two little babies need to grow up and stop being stupid. I'm closing this thread, babies." Grow up, white oppressors.
I don't expect this thread to go anywhere. Just had to represent.

You can complain about any Mod (antihero), you can either complain to a Supermod or to Garg, and it doesn't matter if it's a Mod or a SuperMod you have an issue with, if you feel you have been grossly wronged and treated unfairly the matter will be looked into. You should make sure you are very specific with the details and not just do a "she/he's a fucking pain in the ass". Or alternatively if it's not life-threatening you can just hash it out in PM with said Mod. | |
