Sometimes some of us will make decisions others of us see as borderline...... though if the decision was made in good rationale we will back up that decision..... I---- I.... made the decision about thefr0g and was not naysayed by any of the other SuperModerators and as such the decision stood and in its way solved the problem at hand.... which it did..... Lawson made a complaint and the complaint was followed up and the problem was solved through what we term a soft warn.... IE thefr0g no longer pursued his disruption within that thread and everything was kosher.....

In your post Lillith made a decision completely unbiased in nature and the decision was discussed between the Moderation staff and was found to be a sound decision..... so the Warning stands...... it is all in your ballpark now.... all you have to do is hold civil discourse and if you feel at all insulted by a post report it and restrain the natural impulse to answer it and we will look into said post and make a decision....

I myself saw Lilliths Warning as borderline.... in other words I see her decision as a little to extreme as to what the post may have warranted...... your post could be construed as merely an opinionated contextual statement... and yet I can also see how she would see it as a Trolling Post..... garg has been pointing out that he is willing to suffer the postcount and member losses if it means getting rid of the present trolling effecting the entire board..... as such I can see the rationale of her present decision and will back it even though I think the Warning was a bit heavy handed......

I look at the welfare of the entire Forum as well as accepting the viewpoints of my fellow Moderators...... because of an oversight on my part you are still here.... you should be thanking me..... when a member is temp banned they are on a 30 day Probation period..... as you were...... and as a matter of fact you still are..... you suffered a warning from Zeph and should have been Banned immediately because of it..... you were not and as such we had to revert to regular rules for you..... I defended that..... as did Lillith..... if we were Bias why would we do that????

Shows you how much you actually pay attention. I was made Moderator of SD (which automatically makes me a Mod of Politics) before you were even banned. In fact weeks before you were banned. And I was away during the time you did in fact get banned. So to say I'm being biased to you, or have only suddenly popped up in SD and made up my own rules is seriously the biggest load of rubbish.

Dyshade posted the rules to you over and over, you fail to see it because all you can see is your own vindication, because you never for a moment can concede that you are wrong. You would rather die than admit your own fault. And if it wasn't me you who gave you your warning it would have been another Mod, and that Mod would have then been the target of your anger. Every single Moderator here can attest to whether I have ever been biased to you or not, and the result would be a resounding "no". If I was ever biased I would not still be a SuperMod. And just because you disagree with my ruling of your trolling doesn't make me biased, it just makes you pissy.

Did you read Garg's notice that Dyshade posted especially for you? A page or two back. I hope you did read it, because it amazes me that after that was posted you STILL argued for another two pages or so.

I don't have to find a way. You have been warned, next balls-up and you're gone. Dyshade showed you time and again that you were in fact trolling, that you were in fact insulting someone (=any person who is a Democrat, is that finally clear to you?).

I've been a Mod in SD since the beginning of February, shows you how much you really notice beyond your self-righteous mentality. You haven't shown anyone anything except sour grapes and chucking your toys out the cot. It doesn't change anything. You can be glad I didn't ban you outright which is in effect what should have happened seeing as you have been banned recently. So you shouldn't attack me, you should be thanking me.

You're trying in vain to provoke anyone into admitting anything. You were trolling, you got warned, you should have been banned on the spot actually.
