I believe you said that Wicked Lady and Billy were determined to paint the blacks as whiners. Now, I don't quite recall making any statements of the sort. I didn't even say anything supporting that statement whatsoever. I said that WE ALL NEED TO LET GO OF OUR PASTS IF WE'RE GOING TO MOVE TOWARD AN EQUAL AND FAIR FUTURE. The issue here is the time it takes to recover from such an injustice against race, the effect it's had, and what is owed.

It was only exactly 51 years ago Rosa Parks wasn't allowed to even sit at the front of a bus for being black. I can only imagine the troubles a black person would have going to work and getting a decent job. I believe this has lead to the black poverty crisis we have today and the way liberals are trying to help this is by setting up college funds and financial aids to those who were victims of this because it is a reality that they were and are still suffering. Now, when blacks are up on their feet and able to carry on a normal American life as a white person does is the time we say enough, but untill then and untill we can pinpoint all responsibility to people and not race, blacks deserve to be rebuilt. I'm not saying that I think our tax dollars should be used to make babies with 10 different fathers, in fact, I think welfare is wrong and shouldn't be used at all but what I am saying is it shouldn't be surprising that blacks do complain because their past and the life that has followed it is not fair. Blacks who take the initiative to do the best they can go far but I still stand for those who claim they're unable to.

No, but their parents were and their grandparents were and they grew up their homes with their income. Mom and dad mean alot to your future.

Unfortunatly, thier problems dont stem form thier grandparents not being able to ride in the front of a bus when they were kids. They stem from a shitty culture which prizes machismo and anti establishmentism instead of studiousness and intellectualism.

Ask yourself this question. Why do Asians do so well in the US? How is possible that they learn to speak better English than Blacks who are Native born American Citizens? And Score higher than them on SAT tests? Asians experience double the racism, not only from Whites but from Blacks. ESPECIALLY from blacks. (LA Riots). And yet they have an average higher wage than WHites do. I am guessing it has more to do with thier culture than thier history.

It does have to do with culture. Also, Asians are not discriminated against near the extent Africans ever were. There's no comparison.

Actually they had and have it worse. Did you ever read about the laws passed on Asian immagrants in the USA? They couldnt bring thier wives over, nor could they legally marry white women. They could only keep so much of thier wealth and were often murdered and lynched along with blacks.

THe comparision is not good because blacks didnt suffer anywhere near as much as most Asian groups. Read up on the history of the Hmong, or the Chinese.

There is slavery in the USA today. Its mostly confined to the Chinese though. Ever go to a takeout place? Did you know that almost always the cooks in the back work 7 days a week 15 hours a day for free? Know why? Some asshole coyote sold them to the asshole who owns the takeout place and he will turn them over to the police if they try to run away or complain. They are slaves.
