I find it contemptuous and morally reprehensible that this guy would have a giant picture of Bin Laden in his sig.

This is a man who murdered thousands of americans. Not to mention spain (which happened what, 2 days ago?), not to mention the countless other murders he is responsible for around the world.

JLB does not have a good cohort in Bin Laden, and to me it shows what a true lack of respect he has for his country and his freedoms.

But just as a side note, I don't believe Bin Laden or anyone for that matter has been catagorically proven to have been solely responsible for September 11. As for the bomb blasts in Spain, is it speculation that it's Al Queda or fact, I mean what on earth does Madrid have to do with Al Queda?!

in the 70's it was well known that several terrorist cells in affect teamed up... the IRA, the PLO, etc... attempting to achieve different goals using the same means. It is not so far fetched to think that Al Qaeda could have used terroist eta factions for the bombings they claimed responsibility for in Spain.

Bin Laden and his Al Qaeda organization have also claimed responsibility for 9/11.

Al Qaeda have never teamed up with non-muslims before, though, so I don't think Eta were involved in this.

Spain became a prime target for Al Qaeda when the Spanish government (the one that lost the election about an hour ago) supported the US invasion of Iraq.

I didn't know about the latter, strange. I also haven't seen the latest news on the Spain bombings, or what could have possibly inspired them to do it, if they did in fact do it. I mean claiming responsibility for something is one thing, or has it been confirmed by investigations that they indeed were responsible? I suppose it's much of a muchness, it comes down to the same thing: terrorism, no matter what name is attached to it, it's all got the same motivation.

I suppose that can inspire them, but Spain isn't the only country that supported the Iraqi war, and it doesn't make sense to do something like that now months after it's "ended". But then I suppose there isn't much sense involved in terrorism.

I'm glad I made the decision to turn off signatures, and it did wonders for my connection speed too. It soon loses its appeal when you have to scroll down huge ass images to get to the next image.

I realize that, which is why I put it in quotation marks. Officially it supposedly ended though. And many Iraqi's have died since the "end" of the war too. And I don't mean soldiers, I mean civillians.
