The man he named was Aaron Kosminski, a Polish-Jewish hairdresser living in Whitechapel, East London, who was eventually committed to a lunatic asylum, where he died.

so are the victims. if your mum got hideously, brutally and savagely maimed, slashed, slaughtered in a most gruesome way, was dismembered, and had organs laid out, sliced out, and some taken away by the serial killing madman...... would you say

"who cares? she is dead"

have you ever looked at pictures of what he did? (i say he, because from the evidence of what was done, no woman could have done such things) read through case files and stuff, been to and seen the places the murders were committed, and the message sprawled, and read some of the ideas about who, what, where and why?

what makes people care is, that it was truly fucking shocking what he did, that noone had any idea who he was or how to catch him, and how he did things too, and in the time window, and where, and who to, and the fact that noone ever did catch him.

its really an interesting part in history. i have read almost all the ripper books out, its really a great thing to ponder over. very interesting part of history.

It's such an intriguing story because it was the most brutal crime of it's time and remains unsolved today. Also why the zodiac killer is interesting
