I've gotten the 'My cup holder is broke...' phone call from more than one person. I think the worst was a little chinese woman that was having problems finding the enter button. She was using a Mac. Macs have a return key.
She argued with me for 30 minutes or so that they weren't the same thing, so then I told her to move her mouse across the screen and click on something. She told me that didn't work.
Come to find out, she had literally taken the mouse, put it on the computer's monitor and started clicking.
I went ahead and took lunch after that.
