the stupid, pathetic company seems to have no drivers available for download on their sight...or any other place...i called to see if they could just explain why they have no drivers...and i was told i'd be charged for it being out of warranty..i'd probably have to pay thirty dollars for them to tell me i need the disk...Assholes!!!!!

needless to say, this camera is the last ibm product i'm purchasing...and i though hp was bad for customer support...

the bastards don't have any generic windows xp drivers either...

well, i wrote them a firm email expressing my disatisfaction with their company...

it's pretty rotten that your company seems to have no drivers to download for your camera...it's p/n is 33L4889. It would seem that a seach of the internet has shown others with the same frustration i have...i could have spent my money on an argus, casio or epson...i believe i will next time.

not very customer service friendly in my opinion!

that does make things better, at least my twenty dollar argus camera had downloadable drivers...i can post pictures!
