The salad and chicken is my main meal of the day. If you're going to diet you have to eat something of substance, salad is not enough.

Or maybe I'm kidding myself. Maybe salad is all you get.

The only time it is fair to comment on a loved one's diet is when they are endangering their health, or if they ask for help with discipline.

I did 18 months of my life on just rice, skinless diced chicken, baked fish and pasta and nothing else...

I looked completely buff and fantastic...

But it sucked.

I say fuck what people think, eat what the hell you want too and be happy with yourself and find yourself a partner who loves you no matter how you look and is just happy to be with you...

I've been a big guy all my life but I've always been pretty healthy and active. I have no trouble going on hiking trips over mountain trails that are miles long and I can participate well in sports like soccer and Basketball, I'm even a vegetarian.
Being a little over-weight has never really bothered me and it still doesn't but just in the past week I've decided to try and lose more weight. So I have started exercising every day and dieting by eating smaller portions. It seems to be working but I've only been at it about a week so it's a little soon to really be able to tell. Even if I don't lose a lot of weight I figure I'll feel better and be in a better state of fitness.
Starving yourself will have the opposite effect in the long run as your body will compensate by storing fat instead of burning it off. Whoever these people are that are telling you to lay off of salad and chicken are being quite retarded.

I'm just agreeing with what people have already said here. All that matters, really, is that you are happy with yourself, not what others think you should be. Because you are most beautiful when you are just being you.

Man I wish I had the will power to just eat salad and chicken. There are so many great things to eat. I love so many foods that are deemed to be bad. Also I have a stomach the size of a football. So a couple of whoppers is by no means a challange. Get me into an all you can eat Chinese buffet or sushi bar and it’s over. I was at a buffet once and they actually removed the steam table tray with the crab legs in it until I left. Eating is part of life and it's your choice (if you can afford it) what you eat and who you eat with. Just remember if you go someplace to eat with me and it's a buffet, try to keep your legs from falling asleep cuz you'll be sitting for a long time.

thats actually quite rediculous..why would you let someone talk to you like that? eat what you want....and exercise..(i actually feel bad for saying that since i need to do exactly what im telling you ) dont let people get to you..your probably beautiful anyway dont let it get you down
