Get a checkup, but dont worry the fatal stuff like HIV is tough for heterosexual males to contract, so dont flip out too much. I found this out from the doctor at the clinic one time when I was in the exact same situation you are in now. Except in my drunken stupor I came inside the stranger and probably would have knocked her up if I didnt force her to go to the clinic with me to get the morning after pill. (and i secretly made an appointment for the STD scan) Even worse she was only 16.... *sigh* the good old days of idiotic college ferver.
