The new property management shiteheads give 24 hours to replace bouced checks- Plus late fees, Plus $20.00 check fee, And it must be in the form of cashiers check, or money order (certified funds) .....

And i have not the funds to do it..

anyone have any usable ideas? note: I don't belong to any of the religious sects around here, i had to use the states 1 time help less than 8 months ago, and family and friends don't have the funds..

That sucks dude. The only thing I can think of is that cash advance loan thing you hear on TV. The interest loans on those things are deadly though.

i hate when things like that happen, my bank tried to charge me £35 for being £1 overdrawn. i told them to shove it up their arse...have you tried that?

well, i was trying to get them to cash a rent check with just $11.00 in the bank at the time...

Explain the situation. There's not much they can do to you, really. It's a long, drawn out process to evict someone. It would take months, possibly more than a year for them to go that route. And your payroll mistake should be cleared up ASAP. If not, call the labor board and expedite it.

i don't have a long term lease.. i'm month to month renter.. And i think the people that work for the property mngmt place might be illegals that will dissapear into the woodwork after stripping my apt for them while i'm at work...

Hell, they still haven't admitted to taking my swamp cooler.. Even with witnesses that saw them take it and told them it was my personal property..

I've never understood why people live in fear of their landlords. You can easily report that kind of misconduct. I'm not sure the proper channels where you are, but over here we have a housing authority that takes care of just these kinds of situations. The law's on your side.

was alright.. they were nice and accepting of me. Saw so many people that i deal with everyday at work there. was kinda wierd.. But i did get some info on who i need to talk to about getting assistance for my rent.. Hopefully, everything works out.

It will. I myself would never ask them for help because they will never leave you alone but than again I am only me and do not have a child to think of. If I did I would walk through the bowels of hell itself to assure that my kid had what they needed.

They will help you and get you out of the hole and caught up on everything. That is one thing I do admire about that Church. They will do all they can to help and assure that none of thier adherents go hungry or homeless.

It turns out that the one i went to is in a different stake, not just a different ward..
But, george introduced me to the bishop and his main crew.. at least in that my timing was excellent.. And the bishop was Okay with me 'attending services' there....
*shrugs* we'll see what happens..
