I think they make a short list of people that would make the best moderators and then file it approriately (in the bin), then whomever cybered with Sire is put on a shorter list and Garg gives them the job because of their past experience.

Not as sure about male mods though.

It seems to be a heady combination betwixt a few calm people, and then a few complete fuckwits who never actually do any moderation anyway.

actually i was the one who originally asked for fuckdoll in erotic stories, she knows the genre, has helped in there with others, and i see she's respectable on the board...she had explained her reasons to me for not having the interest and i understand...they are much the same as my reasoning for asking for assistance up there...

i guess the point is..if you want to be a moderator, you need to post intelligently in the forum you wish to moderate, and if the moderator needs assistance, they will ask or suggest...some boards don't need a lot of moderation, but believe it or not, moderation can become rather...uninspiring at some point...

i love being a moderator, am happy with the boards i moderate, but my interest in erotic stories has passed, and the inspiration is no longer there...

so, i'm up for suggestions...
