i hate my mom she does nothing but sit around all day take pills smoke pot and drink and her whole fucking schedule revolves around phone calls from some freak in prison she doesent even know he just started calling one day. now she swears she is in love wiith him.
she has 80 hours of community service that haas to be done by december 19 or she goes to jail, she has no job cant pay rent after this month.
she has no motiation doesent whanna be on welfare.
and worst of all my 17 year old sister has to live wiith this.
i dont think my mom even cares about my sister if she did she would get off her ass and get a job and support herself and my sister.
if i could take my sister out of this house without being charged with kiddnapping i so would.

I think you should talk to that nice young couple you were telling me about and seeing if maybe they might help you and your sister get into a place. If your mom is that wacked, she won't care if your sister leaves. And, if she does, I'd just call the cops and tell them about the abuse. And, if your mom goes to jail, I think (at least in the US) the government will pay for your rent, since you would then be her guaridan.

If it's as bad as you claim, you taking your sister and moving out wouldn't necessarily get you arrested as long as you report the abuse to the authorities. That shouldn't be a problem for you if you dislike your mom as much as you say you do.

Forgive me for phrasing this in this way...

IF what you say is true? You could EASILY take your sister, and find other accomodation, including with the authorities. Once they are aware and have investigated the matter, I think it's clear that you will be removed from her care.

Do you have any family, aunts or uncles you could speak to? Any close friends or anyone that you trust implicitly to stay with? If so, go talk to them and ask if they will allow you and your sister to stay there for some time.

It's clear there has to be change, and if you do not find a way to change the situation it will change you.

Think on this carefully before responding, and taking any action.

If this is just attention seeking then it's in very bad taste. But as I say if it's the truth then my heart goes out to you, and I hope you find a way of making change.

we are a alaska native/irish mix so alcoholism runs pretty heavy, as for the drugs in a town with a library two schools and a store they just kinda come wiith the territory.
