As far as we know, Synikul isn't at the level of lynching anyone yet and while I in no way support his views. I do not object to him being on the moderation team because he has consistently shown that he can seperate his opinions from any real animosity directed towards other forum members. That's the important thing to me.
What do you suggest we do? How do we regulate what viewpoints advocated on the forum are acceptable and what isn't? Who has the fun-filled job of being forum dictator for life who gets to throw out anyone who has ideals that some of us can't stomach?
I guess Dyshade would be a great canidate seeing as he's already half-way to being another Sire?
What matters is how you conduct yourself on the forum and freedom of speech goes both ways.

Bottom line, unless DarkTiggr is openly running around multiple forums stating in no uncertain terms that he lusts after children, posting pics of it, or heading a union of people that lust after children and using DF as a place to gain membership... what does it matter? It's clearly stated that Adult Discussion is for adults. It does not specify what subjects, if any, are taboo. While it may be disagreeable to some, that doesn't negate the fact that dude did nothing wrong here.

As for Synikul, why shouldn't he mod the politics board? He loves politics. His personal politics only add flavor.

Synikul is a Mod.... I make decisions that cause contraversy.... Windigo would just as easily rip you into pieces as have a nice conversation with you based on his feelings at the moment..... Arsinik has a witty reply and a smart ass remark for anything and everything... Redmeat is the silent, logical, two word put a stop to it quickly and efficiently man.... surreal is sporadic and makes kick ass DF skins and is the master of the digital art form.... Sybs buys too many clothes..... fuckdoll can wax eloquent or kick you in your nuts in the same post..... etc etc etc..... we all have our faults because WE ARe HUMAN... nothing more nothing less.... if you want despotic robots running your online lives go to a forum or chatroom that is run by bots and have a ball...... but i gaurantee you will be bored... DF is a drug..... it is an addiction..... it is an ongoing contraversy..... an ongoing chaotic movement of hundreds of voices given life by the fingers of all of its members..... here you will be faced with truths you call lies and lies others see as truths...... we are American, English, Canadian, Scandanavian, etc etc etc we are nothing more than a melting pot of the worlds population thrown together randomly.... you can enjoy it or hate it but I know you will come back again and again.....
