Well, someone in the first 50 posts said that 12 year olds MAYBE started to mature physically. What a load of horse shit.
As for me, I was 9 when I got my period. At age 10, my hips and curves started to develop and by 11 years old I had a size C cup. When I was 12, the majority of people I met said I looked at the least 16 years old. I have no doubt in my mind I gave many a men hard-ons when I was 12, because I looked like a woman, but dressed carelessly in short skirts and small shirts, as many young girls do in the summer. They're kids, right?
As for the idea of mentally evaluating each person to determine if they are elligable to have sex, that's horse shit too. 1) I refuse to believe that one or any person on earth can determine one's mental maturity when it comes to matters of sex. Where do you draw the line? They know what a blow job is, so they can have sex? Stamped: LEGAL. 2) Even if one is considerated mature enough mentally to have sex at say age 12 or 13, this is nuh uh, bad bad idea. yeah Kids should stay kids as long as possible but in our ever sinister world this is happening less and less as we loose the age of innocence ( AGAIN ) not like the was much of one hundereds of years ago ..Child labor etc. That still continues today just not so wide spread ..
