i get up this morning, go to check my email, log into winbloz xp, and the stupid fucking system got rid of all my settings, my book marks, my address book, the emails i had in there. fuckin all of it. Have to say this will be the lats fuckin time it does it. Next time winbloz fucks up i'm switiching to linux for good. fuckin microcrap bullshit.

your telling me, i lost all the emails you sent, including your number, a girl in Oz's information i got lastnight before i could write it down, all the websites I had bookmarked and spent time reading... the biggest piss off was it didn't touch anyone elses account on the computer.

i might be trying vector linux. i have used Fedora, mandrake, suse, knoppix-std. Just looking at trying something that is more streamlined and faster running hten the above mentioned. i tried to install gentoo but aftre doing the load about 3 times i gave up on it and tried fedora.
wonder if i should move this to the computer forum now...

hated the dual boot system. i have an idea of what i am going to do, just have to get around to doing it.

You can upgrade existing macs.... but to build one from scratch..... ain't happening..... and that is what i am into.... building custom machines......
Jobs needs to un-proprietorize his schematics and let other companies build MoBos and chips and start making $$$ on his OS and other such things like Gates.... until he does he will always only have a small part of the personal computing market.....
