I told the owners, the contractors, and the property management people.. We have a nest on the side of the building.. It's too high up for me to get too.. they need to remove it, or have it removed..

They said they would... TWO FECKING WEEKS AGO!!!!!

It's still there, and because they won't fix my screen door properly, now they are coming into my apartment!!!!! They are hanging around outside my door because of the floodlight out there.. Crawling in through the screen door that won't shut properly, and under my door that has a gap about 1/2 inch high...

I got three of them, but there is still one hiding here somewhere... SonofaBitch landed on my lip!!!

My Da accidentally ran into a yellowjacket nest once upon a time. My now 13yr old sister, who was about 3 or 4 at the time, was there with him and since this was about the time Forrest Gump was out on video she started yellin' "Run Forrest run!" And Da sure did run. The yellowjackets did catch up to them unfortunately...

it's one thing to come across them.. It's a totally different thing to have them coming into your apartment without asking if it's ok first..

Call vector control. If they charge you anything, you can deduct it from your rent. (because you've given the owners ample time to remove the nest)


*edit: 'Vector control' might only be in California. But you can call whatever your state uses to report pests. Or even a for-profit agency as you'll be deducting it from your rent.

I hate when people do that. I've had a run in with them before myself, they're not fun but they do make for an interesting workout. Rather it be running from them, trying to kill them somehow, or both.

try having one sting the bottom middle of your foot, in that sensitive region.
