and their "customer support" is a joke! i just have to bitch about the worse experience i just had with some online company...
it all started in march when i wanted to join scream and cream.com (i have no complaints about them) However i was billed through dutch billing forty dollars, i never got access to the site for what ever reason and for troubleshooting purposes they had a link to dutch billing...i email my problem, and it seemed and okay when they explained they'd cancel my account and refund my money...that would have been acceptablek and i would have let it be...however! receiving an email stating they would refund it and contact them if i did not receive the refund...that's when they become...scammish.
i email the complaint for an inquiry and after a few days some amanda email comes in acting interested in helping...one month later i'm still not seeing the refund, scream and cream offered me a free three day pass to their sight(i didn't take it but appreciate their gesture) however the "amanda" that made an offer of help came to the conclusion i had received the refund and therefore i was...i don't what she thought, but after a reply from her two weeks ago suggesting i was not being honest...i've heard nothing else from her after asking her to offer me some proof they refunded the money to my account, i assured her i could give her proof showing i had not received the refund.
i don't think there is much i can do about it, if there is something i can do, please let me know...i just wanted to let others know that this is not a customer friendly company, they are forty dollars richer...and i still haven't seen any decent rape sights
