I've been putting off cleaning abagail's litterbox for too long (now that I've graduated, I have household responsibilities) and finally got to it.

What I discovered was very disturbing, as the cat's feces smelled not of excreta but of cheese. Have you ever smelled the rank, gourmet cheese that only comes from germany? Abagail's feces smelled like that. Let me show you:



It's made me come up with this interesting theory on the origins of the term "government cheese". Since government cheese is reputed to be so horrible, it must be referring to the cheese like odor from rancid feces. Therefore those on government welfare programs are eating feces and are living the government cheese lifestyle. I think it's an apt metaphor for our times.

Has anyone else picked up on this?

Another reason my cat is not allowed inside of my house. No matter how much I love her, no matter how many cans of cat food I can give her, or the fact that I spayed her, or the fact that she leaves me rats, mice, shrews, or birds. That cat does not step one paw into my house. All of you people that let your cats come inside of your house. What is wrong with you. I love my cat, I feed her wormer when she needs it, I pet her. That cat stays outside.

Well, If you let the litter box go that long.. Where else has she shite? Cats won't use an overly dirty litter box you know.. Wait till the moisture hits the inside. Then you'll start noticing the wonderfull new odors!!

I am willing to bet hes such a disgusting person that the litter box is in his bedroom or kitchen and its sat there months without being emptied. This is why i could never understand people with house cats, do they enjoy having a house that smells like piss and shit all the time? Thats why dogs are better, you install a doggie door or let em out in the yard and they even bury it for you when they come back. disgusting, cats bleh.
