I'd sue them for negligence and breach of the duty of care and the suffering caused thereof. But then again suing people tends to be my 1st reaction to any problem!

They burn the trees? Is it like the grass-growers burning their fields over here in Washington? Good luck getting anything done about it...they've been fighting that sort of shit around here for years.

i think that's exactly what it's like...i never had issues with field burning, the only other time my sinuses reacted like this was in chicago...i think the pollution was to blame for that...

Luckily, I'm not in any areas where I have to worry about stuff like that.
Though...there are these trees on the college campus that are in full bloom right now. They're covered in small white blossoms...sort of like cherry trees, but they smell like spoiled meat. If you're coming through the main quad and the wind blows just right...bleah.
