Sorry son, you'll have to do much better than that. As a civil suit, or a legal case, the burden of proof would be squarely on your shoulders, and you would have to be able to prove that it WAS a death threat directly against your person...an implied one won't cut it. Also, I'm quite sure that if you want to play nasty, that your old posts can be brought up and it could be argued that you are committing hate crimes...and that CAN be proven, and charges could be filed against you in turn.

At this point, Soul Burner made a death threat, which by your own rules, and words is against the forum rules. At this point, I have his ass, if I choose to file a complaint against him. It will cost him dearly in a fine, and possible jail time. I have asked him for an apology, and he has not given one.
The Forum, represented by you, is not at fault, unless you do not take action for this illegality. If you don't, then you become culpable. If you do, then I have no beef with you.
I have asked you nicely to punish the offender. I have quoted the rules to you. I have shown you instances where you punished for far less. You seem to think this is a game. I can assure you it is not. You cannot expect me to play nice, if you don't in return.
