Ok.....Ha...Ha...In the movie "Groundhog's Day," Bill Murray played a man who suddenly discovered that he’s continuously reliving the same day over and over again. Every day was identical to the one before it with the same events happening and the same people saying the same things. Every day was predictable for him, but because he was able to retain the memories of his experiences from previous days, he began to learn how to adapt. This movie is an excellent allegory to the reincarnation process because it shows how we face the same situations and problems as we did in previous lives in order to learn and overcome these problems until we finally "get it right." The exception is that, unlike Bill Murray's character, we do not retain our memories of past life experiences at a conscious level. To do so would probably be like already knowing the questions to an examination you were soon to take.

So this is why history tends to repeat itself. It does so until we learn our lessons and change for the better. In other words, an individual may face identical situations from one life to the next until they are able to conquer whatever "cause and effect" chain-reaction they have caused from a previous life. The Bible, for example, claims that a person who "lives by the sword will die by the sword." Divine justice demands that if a murderer goes through life and is not killed, the murderer will be murdered in a future life. Reincarnation and karma forces people to face themselves and have inflicted upon them everything they have inflicted upon others. On the positive side, the good things that people do will return to them if not in the one life then in a future life. Reincarnation is such that those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it.

The lives of President Kennedy and President Lincoln had so many commonalities to them that, in my opinion, they are strong circumstantial evidence suggesting reincarnation. These commonalities cannot be dismissed as pure coincidence in my opinion. These commonalities suggest that President Kennedy was in fact the reincarnation of President Lincoln. a lot of these are coincidental in that they took place in the same year of different centuries. in other words, if it weren't for our system of measuring time, these "coincidences" would never have happened.
so is reincarnation a sentient being that set this up? my understanding was that it was a theoretical process of the cycle of life. ergo, these coincidences are making more of a statement of something conscious setting it up.

in fact, nearly all of these coincidences are of an external influence, or in other words, neither man had control of the circumstances that were repeated. so it was not them, nor the "lessons they learned in past lives" that caused these events to happen so conveniently. instead, these things only serve as proof that there is nothing new under the sun, and that people are much the same today as they were yesterday save for our environments. particular sorts of people react to particular sorts of people in particular sorts of ways, because we're all of the same species and made from the same stuff.
while these are awesome finds, you've taken them and attempted to adapt them into some sort of support of your own person beliefs. please tell me that you did, at some other point, adopt these beliefs based on an observation previous to the fact, as opposed to adopting a belief and then fabricating support for that belief as you've done here.
