Heh, I am going back to college to study forensics when I get home... I figure that I can do one term now and study from home with the theory work. I can go back to school once I have had the baby and do the practical work there and the other two terms before starting Uni. All in all, if I pass everything... I could be working in that field by the time I'm 30. If not, I can always apprentice in something.

My boyfriend is an artist, he will be selling his work at galleries and also working with my relatives as a plumber...

If you don't mind me asking... What line of work are you in cucking? 30K a year isn't bad in the UK....

Cucking's struggling cos he lives where he does (close to London), and on his own. He should get married or shack up with someone, get himself a nice 30k earning girlie and have a 60k household. House prices are just stupid everywhere, let alone the south.

I work for a vast blue-chip company in the west end. Infrastructure and procurement is the game I'm in.

Nivves right, before I can even think about spending anything on myself I have about £1000 outgoing every month on bills and the like. I also do a lot of overtime that does have a knock on effect on my social life. Sometimes I can go three months without a day off.

As for a woman, not yet, i don't feel the need to be in a proper relationship at the moment...

If I were to buy the house I'm renting the mortgage would be £1,200 a month, and it's only a little two bedroomed bungalow in bloody East Midlands. I'll stick with the £450 a month rent thank you.
It's quite normal these days for one partners salary to be the whole mortgage.

I really can't see the point of buying anywhere. The second to last time I bought a house it was four bedrooms, on the Sussex seafront and cost £50k. That's way more like it.

I may buy a house once I get a job though... The mortgages are alot cheaper up north... but theres less money up north too because of thatcherite pigs... So it will be a struggle either way.
