It just seemed lacking.. a thread to post thoughts in it..



here's one - get a team of (at most) 5 UNbiased ppl (though experts of sorts) and dig through a section (at which they are the experts) to gather the good stuff into an online database..open to be viewed by all..
(not that there will be any unbiased person in here..)


A book...sounds nice..but what kind of lay-out? what should be put in it?

Some nice tan paper with unusual fonts.

A red bound cover with leather ties.

It could look really gawth, man.

I think we should have it written on old parchment looking paper.. ideally bound in leather but that can get expensive. maybe plack velvet with red letters on the front

well the diggin thing aint gonna happen~too much work for people workin for free , I think each poet submitting their choices of poems they like to contribute and then having the un-biased judges pick is I think our only fair and effective way

heres a thought....it's too hard to not chitchat in submissions threads! *kicks herself for posting a non-image in that submission thread* okay, it wasn't off topic, but it shoulda been in the other one...theres a thought, lol. sorry, i'll stop complaining about myself and leave that to all of you.

If you people need my help with ANYTHING on this project, ask me. the worst i can say is no, but chances are i won't have to.

hmmmzzz... been wandering all over this lil book forum, dwelling threads and trying to visualise what kind of book it would become... and to me it'll look ancient... dark... mystical... not too many colors, and mayb sum brown and green and red.... and I sure think its gonna be a fat book and phat too (lol)
I'll continue on the posting poems stuff and all... (but I already posted around seven... which is far too much already, but, mayb one more... ) anywayz... if sumone kind of knows what chapters that will be in it and what kind of profiling will happen and so on... just put it sumwhere where we cant miss noticing... because, I sure'ld like to see what we are heading to... ( I am but vaguely aware that I might appear in sum book (with my goddamn poetry name in it! wauwie)
anywayz, I wouldnt know more suggestions... we have to find stories, poems and art for in between, or perhaps for background or whtvr.... and sumthing else


if we send in a "profile" with things in u'ld like to publish.... then we see the result first huh? just to make sure the right thing is put into this book... or I'll regret my wordz the rest of my days u know

and ow yeah... if this ever gets on the road... how much will I have to pay??? ( i mean, living in europe and all... u cant hand me over a book via the internet though... ok ok, an internetbok, yeah, but not the real thing... just a question... for I will buy lots of books and spread em all over this place, just for all of us to be heard and read and seen...

We have yet to get that far.... an Internet book would be fairly cheap.... as for the real thing.... we must be patient and wait... if we get a publisher to print it they will set the price.... if we get it done ourselves we will set a price that will be fair.... of course shipping to the UK is a bit spendy.....

yes we must first wait and evaluate the product we have to offer and for that we have to wait till the submissions are about finished.
