We should have everybody that wants to contribute, put at least 3 different things in whether it be poetry, photograpy......and we should have like 5 ppl to judge what should be put into the book....

i agree, this is a really great idea and we should do it. there are so many talented people on this sight and it would be even better if this were to benefit df.

Myself, I'll contribute, but it would have to be a new, original work (I only write for specific purposes; don't reuse material).

I've also a great eye for spelling and grammatical errors; my critical eye is decent, in my opinion, but it should be, else I wouldn't criticize anything

....what I'm talkin about~applauds~, there is the man , yep we'll get right on that those all of'em damn it we'll put up a thread for submitions and I will ask aete to help me with the format so its most universal and applicable, and pal trust me when I get somethin stuck in my head, I wont rest till its done, but be sure we can use all the help we can get and what U've already done is exactly what we needed to help us get more momentum on that rollin ball

I think the poetry part is covered as basically the whole poetry community has already posted here.
Jobe looks like he can handle photography and related subjects, although he could still use a little help.
It would be cool if we could get people to volunteer for each part.

It's a pretty big thing and not as simple as it may seem.
Another good idea is what renovate suggested, which is to post threads in each forum so that people can start submitting work they feel most represents them here at DF. And one piece at a time folks, otherwise it's just gonna get too hectic.

And after that it's matter of deciding on the format of the actual book.
As Sire said, i'm sure the computer forum guys can help with said subject.

Anyways, keep ideas coming.....for it has only just begun.

...partner~hugs~ please handle deligating each art to a two person team to review and select, for example we know Arsi is got to handle the photography for us~would be sweet~ and we have quite a few excellent painters and drawing experts, but I think one for certain has to be maaaaa, U know the rest better than me those are my only real sure shots

so I trust U'll take care of that, let them know they have to post a thread in each of their forums for submitions please
