Why did Iran get off so easily after taking those British Hostages? Why is Britain declaring a victory for diplomacy while Iran is puffing out its chest, saying it made the Brits bow down and apologize. Why did the sailors go on Television admitting they'd been in the wrong and basically praising Iran. Seems like a lot more than name, rank, and serial number to me.

the world has gone crazy. we have funded goat-herders (by buying oil) to the point where they can now turn on us and we don't seem to be able to do anything about it. all the money, lives and public support got spent on the wrong war. the barbarian hordes are now banging on the gates. sounds unhappily familiar.

you have to give the english a little credit though, without them, america wouldnt be what it is today. plus, every special op unit we have is based off the SAS. delta, seals, spec, and even some airborne tactics. they know what they're doing, i just dont know what's going on with the goverment.
