dont fool youself, Bush stressing that we are fighting in Iraq for the IRaqis freedom is about as true as saying we were fighting for Freedom in VIetnam.... its just bullshit. ITs all about selfish american self interest...namely a big score of texas t, black gold, the ole crude OIL baby OIL!

don't worry, i didn't believe that for a second. what i'm curious to know though is, what did bush say this war was originally about? is it nuclear weapons? liberation of people? or terroists?

i'm not asking what it's really about, i'm asking what he says it's about...

let me compile a list in chronological order...
1. for aiding terrorists *unproven
2.for hiding Nuclear weapons *unproven/disproven
3. for hiding Biological weapons * unproven
4.for hiding chemical weapons *unproven
5.for not obeying the UN *Ironically ignored after we disobeyed the UN
6.For torturing his own country....and i stress the TORTURE because he said it something like 50 times in 5 minutes in one speech. *We went to war with this reason since its basicaly semantics anyhow...forget that his people are hungry due to US sanctions.... forget that there ar eother nations where people suffer even worse than the IRaqis...

This is what he SAYS its about, but whats its actually about is obviously money and oil and reelection.
