Its a shame there has to be so much hate in this world, especially over something as minuscule as skin color. Just goes to show ya' how ignorant people are, as a collective. Their are some individuals who are less ignorant.

Why should they? Freedom of speech and expression covers everyone. If you're aware of and acknowledge there are differences amongst the races, then you're branded a racist. I don't mean the KKK. But in England, if you dare say that you're against Muslims bringing over four wives and registering them all for national health care and benefits which the rest of us have to pay for, that makes you a racist. If you don't want your country overrun with immigrants who can't be bothered to assimilate into the culture of that country, that makes you a racist.

Everyone isn't equal. It's a fact of life.

Knowing differences of a race is not the same as being a racist. A racist dislikes or hates someone just because of their race. Which doesn't make sense to me, because we are all human, we have the same dna. A different race or skin color isn't a different 'species'. So I believe being a racist is ignorant. I never said we were all equal, everyone is different, I know that.. in a lot more ways than just skin color or race. But that is no reason to 'hate'. Unless the difference be a child molester or something like that, that... you can hate. Hating someone just because of their race/skincolor... ignorant.

That doesn't even have to do with race; that's about culture and religion. A person coming from the same country without a wife isn't going to raise the same kind of outcry, even if he's of the same race.

Given that hate is an irrational emotion, there aren't really ever any good reasons...understandable ones, ones that can be seen through rational means, but they're never actually good.

I hope obama gets elected, i might even vote for him. Because then the blacks have no more excuses! They can't say the man is keeping them down, THEY ARE THE MAN! They can't say they don't have the same opportunities, they achieved the highest position of power in the land!

Actually I've found that I only pay about 2% more in taxes here with national healthcare as opposed to without it in America. And obviously that's offset by the fact that I don't have a co-pay every time I go see the doctor. So I don't begrudge the money going to someone else; it's not very much money. What I begrudge is that I have to take a citizenship test to show my "britishness", but Kareem is allowed to bring in 4 wives, and my taxes pay for all of them. It's the principle of the matter. The principle being that the government allows something that is fundamentally the opposite of the norm in the western world.

The point I was edging towards is that it's less about race and more about paying your money toward someone else's problem.

Don't "Kareem" and his four wives also have to take the same test and pay taxes? "Kareem" is hopefully smart enough not to have four wives unless he can afford to support them...most don't take more wives than they can provide for, and he'd be paying more taxes if he's making more money. If that's not true, than I think your problem is less with "Kareem" and more with an inadequate system of government. Write to your local member of parliament and complain.

Hating someone because of their race isn't stupid. Its usually based on some pretty concrete and sound reasons. Most people hate Black people because black people commit crime, are lowbrow in general and like to act like apes.
