Rome was an empire. Rome conquered and ruled.

The US invaded Japan, and gave it back. Invaded Germany, and gave it back.
Invaded Haiti, Panama, Kuwait, Grenada, and Afghanistan, and gave them back. We are now giving Iraq back to it's people. In each instance, we took nothing, and gave them a better country when we left. We are the opposite of an empire, it seems.

Actually. . .I'm not American ,I'm not in the US now;I'm never been in the Usa. . .I will not tell you where I born ,but I speak other languages and I know many countries , almost all Europe ,South&Central America &The Caribbean.
