Show me the evidence of the totals of the expenditures.
I think the numbers are either made up, flawed, or otherwise conveniently gathered.
If you can show me that is how much Kerry has proposed spending, I'd be obliged.

Bush raised taxes and was not reelected. Kerry wants to raise taxes, and will not be elected. Americans don't like taxes, it seems.
