He cited the law, and I was looking for a little info on this stuff. She is allowed to enter his property (WITH HIS PERMISSION) if she has probable cause. If he refuses admission she has to get a warrant. She didnt. She didnt even give her last name. She could be anybody. She violate dhis rights and should have been arrested.

You're right about the process, but there has to be a mechanism in the law to do this. When my neighbor starts tearing up his backyard with a bucket loader doing god knows what, he might be affecting my property, and I want someone to check it out. My complaint is probable cause.

As Synikul said, you have to understand the local laws. Permits are required to do major projects like this, even if it is on your own property. You may think its unfair, but its the law. Seeing a fucking earthmover is probable cause if you ask me.

There are all kinds of things buried under the ground, very expensive things. You can't just start digging trenches and not expect to garner some attention. I've learned that the hard way.
