That is to say, if I am getting 10 apples a day for 2 weeks, then I am getting 9 apples, then 8, then 7, I am still increasing, but at a slower rate. If my livelyhood depends on the highest rate possible, I am losing money. Bismarck once said "Fools say they like to learn from their experiences, but I prefer to learn from the experience of others."

Red Herring.
Is 11 apples more than 10 apples, or not? To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

John, are you calling Sir delusional because he refuses to believe the facts from the Bureau of Labor Statistics? To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

You were saying? |
Unfortunately for you, your data does not prove that there are less jobs now than when Bush took over. It merely shows that the unemployment rate is higher now (5.6%) than in 2001 (4.1%). We already knew that.
The fact is, there are over 1 million more jobs now, than then, according to the BLS data. The claim of 3 million lost jobs is an obvious lie. To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

When did I state the claim of 3 million jobs lost? Bismarck once said "Fools say they like to learn from their experiences, but I prefer to learn from the experience of others."

Will you retract this statement, as I gave proof of the 2 million more unemployed? Bismarck once said "Fools say they like to learn from their experiences, but I prefer to learn from the experience of others."

Explain how there can be two million more unemployed when there are now more jobs, by over a million, now than then? To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

This was my original question to you:
How do you explain the fact that the BEA says that there are more people employed now that 3 years ago? To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Note: this is a totally different subject, but found this bit when I was looking for information on this subject.
"Haven't we already given money to rich people? This second tax cut's gonna do it again."
(President Bush, November 2002 meeting at the White House of the economic team. According to a verbatim transcript of the meeting as reported on 60 Minutes, 1/11/04) Bismarck once said "Fools say they like to learn from their experiences, but I prefer to learn from the experience of others."
