Eh, I had to watch the rerun on CNN myself.
Problem is, I don't like Kerry all that much. I'm choosing him as an alternative to a man that has put us into a fucked war. We have troops in position to wipe out resistance, but they are sitting tight as a political maneuver while their opponents have weeks to dig in and make a situation where the death toll rises even higher. That pisses me off. Kerry has full knowledge about where this type of management will get us, he was there.
So yes, I'm willing to replace the guy who was on vacation for 40+% of his first year as president with the guy that missed 75% of his senate intelligence committee meetings. I can think of worse trade-offs.
