Wait until next year. The Legislature has to run for re-election, and the debt next year will be huge again. Democrats in this state will need a cloaking device just to survive.

Knee jerk minorities, unions, government employees, hippies on welfare, junkies, nuts, fools , commies, pinkos, tree-huggers, klingons, anarchists, and criminals make up at least a third of the voters in California, plus the brain drain is chasing workers who work and businessmen who build businesses out of state. The smartest, best & brightest are already gone, those who can discern the sign of the times will also flee. I would not be surprised to see the fools replace Davis with Bustamante, which would be like replacing a malignant tumor with full blown cancer. Flee now.
