I always thought his address in Africa to "the African Americans in Africa" was the best but he actually came up with a better one regarding the French

"The trouble with the French is that they have no word for entrepreneur"

I would accept and expect that some of these quotes are from his speech writer...

But given that,.. dosent that make you even more scared when such stupid phrases come out of his mouth - and these were previously written for him by an outside party.
