WASHINGTON, Nov. 11 — President Bush is expected to give an outline of his vision for a Middle East without Yasser Arafat Friday, with his most loyal ally Tony Blair by his side. The British Prime Minister arrived in Washington late Thursday and dined with the president, becoming the first world leader to congratulate Bush in person on his reelection last week.

Oh wow, Bush, who led us into Iraq for reasons that are still somewhat wrong and unsettling, and has increased the amount of AQ rather than decreased..as well as failed to capture Bin Laden, is going to talk to us about his plans for the Middle East.
