Oh boy, here we go ... not like they don't own enough of the world already, I guess now they decided to fight back against all the ppl who create viruses just to attack them? .... They are going to be keeping themselves quite busy with this one.

Who in here would use MS Antivirus? would you trust it? .... after all, 90% of the virus out there are designed just to attack this company are they not? Well, it should be interesting to say the least....

I would use it in one of my computers. I must admit that the live update os the sp2 kept that machine pretty secure.

Well I just downloaded it and things seem fine. I do have Norton though. It's bailed me out several times and I won't give it up yet.

Well I don't think thier intentions were to release a swiss cheese OS in order to release antivirus to battle it, but you do have a point, and with MS, I guess you never know.

Microsoft may be the devil incarnate, but when people throw viruses on the internet to target MS it usually affects myself and others...it's like "friendly fire" and such...stuff that's a pain in the fucking ass.

So in short, if you create viruses and spread them around the 'net you're a fucking dumbass.

Some people enjoy writing virii, it's a challenge.

I, for one, enjoy finding security holes, and DF is full of them.

I would be out writing viruses if I had a lot of free time on my hands.

Virii targets MS for two reasons.

1) Fun to target, thousands of security holes, and a registry based link-system.
2) Widely used, Winblows make a great host!

So yeah, um, MS should release an anti-virus with their OS, it's only fair.
