I want to let friends have access to my Webcam who don't or can't use Yahoo messenger's Webcam service.

Can anyone help?

You will need to use another program to direct your webcam data over the internet. You will always need -some- program to relay the info, it might as well be Yahoo... But I'm sure, if you look for "Webcam Server" on Google, you'll find something. (and a load of pr0n too).
