For me it was about nine or ten years ago, and it was a wooden piano at a friend's house. I had a hell of a lot of fun with it...

My $30 keyboard, yesterday.

Singing, today.

Last time I "really" played an instrument aside from improvisation? 6 months ago, singing, private lessons; I also played piano in my private rehearsals.

In an organised group? 11 months ago, in University Chorale, singing, or two and a half hours ago, trombone, in band.

while i was waiting for my net to connect - about 15 minutes ago, i played my guitar and sang "killing me softly". it's my present favourite song.

i've been playing my guitar heaps in the last few days. a good thing considering it's just been gathering dust over that last few months.

I played the flute in the marching band about... 5 years ago.

i played last a couple of days ago at practice with day-glo and tonite with all accused and on sunday i have a gig with all accused and then the next gig is the 18th of october so playing then with both all accused and day-glo

by the way i'm a drummer. day glo are punk and all accused are alternative rock.


i have also played orchestral percussion (and gone on tour with high school around germany playing) which i had lessons for over a few years.

i have also played 'cello and piano too with lessons and things.

i do have a guitar which i play around on but i'm re-conditioning it at the moment so me learning songs and chords etc is delayed until then. its a copy of a deluxe fat strat with a cheap seymour duncan humbucker. it was originally gothic black all over but i'm doing it white and then painting artwork and putting cutouts of immature things like problem page stuff and stupid stories on there.

Played my guitar yesterday.

Drum practice ended 20 minutes ago. more later tonight.

Well lessee...recreationally I just got done singin a bunch of songs to myself while in the chat room, gotta keep the vocal instrument in tune especially since I smoke, professionally I sing at my restaurant and I used to sing as Soprano 1 in varsity choir back in highschool.

I used to play the piano when I was a kid but I'm WAY better at it after all this keyboarding practice..heh. love the old broadway tunes.

Have a guitar...can't even tune it..-pouts-

hopefully i'll be playing my guitar in about a month. tomorrow im giving it to my dad to take to his work so the guys who paint the aircraft parts at his work can paint it airbus white (and i will have the first guitar with microwave transparent paint on it) and then i can start to cover it with magasine cutouts and things and then i can start re-wiring it, and then get a new bridge and scratchplate, and then wooo! i can play it! so in a month, i'll be geetaring! and this sunday, i have another gig at the girls school in hitchin. urgh.

i know Con in real life, he has indeed heard me sing for serious. but not recently, my sound's changed a bit dude, i have vibrato! *gasp*

I have a vibrato, too, keep it in my sock drawer. Yah, I know SDS for real...comin' up on a year I've known her this month. She sings pretty good and she's got a really big cat named Todd.
