Is there any true punk fans out there, anyone remember the Toadies and the Sex Pistols? the Butthole Surfers? Anyone? Anywhere? I never liked them enough to be engulfed in anarchy and 80's bullsnaps trends and so forth, but I thought a thread should be dedicated to true punk, considering the need for something other than the so so common cliche`d rock/metal bullhonky that has devoured this muSik board....

im not a big fan of the toadies and i really dont consider tbhs punk but from time to time, i can listen to the pistols. i kinda played them out when i was only a fledgling punk listening at my brothers door to "when i was a young boy" by john couger melloncamp. he's cool, right?

I love punk. I love the Sex Pistols. I have an Anarchy symbol tattooed on my right hand just above my thumb so when I shake anyone's hand they see it. Probably wasn't my best move, but I love it nonetheless.
