they rock-nuff said! =)
and i also saw them on monday (23rd july) and
all i can say is that it was worth getting up at 5am and waiting in line in the middle of winter,$72.50 and the four year wait!!

Gotta agree with spider - they just keep on their own little path - they don't care what the latest trends are they just do their own thing.

Justin - is a phenominal bass player and Maynards voice has to be one of the best, if not THE best in the world

Tool has been one of my favorites since Undertow came out, but they are now my official favorite.

Danny Carey is my favorite drummer in the world.

APC should have a new album out late this year....they were the best selling debut album of all time over here in the UK......how cool is that!

Oh btw.....you all probably know this but if your copy of Lateralus has the title track spelt Lateralis - it could be worth something in the future....it was a mistake and has since been rectified

I have to say I'm more of A Perfect Circle gal myself. In APC Maynard gets to use his voice in ways that are truly beautiful. But I do admit if I'm driving down the road and Tool's "Schism" is on the radio, I always turn it up.

I like Tool even though I don't own any of their CDs. I thought Schism was by APC until a couple weeks ago.. but I think I like APC a little more. But that might be because I have their CD, and none of Tool's...

I really like Tool, but I'm not one to say I'm a big fan, cuz although I really love the music, I don't own any Tool CD's or merchandise, and I don't know any lyrics off by heart...so...although I enjoy Tool, I can't attest to them being my favorite. However, I'm not completely oblivious to their talent...which is definately a benefit. There are too many UNtalented bands out there.
