11-29-07
Stephen King was disappointed by this years musical offerings. He could only name seven albums that he liked the whole year.
"In truth, your Uncle Stevie was disappointed with this year's new music, very disappointed indeed, and his year-end list reflects that," King writes. "I could only find seven albums I wanted to mention ..."
The list:
1. Steve Earle’s “Washington Square Serenade”
2. Wilco's "Sky Blue Sky"
3. Mika’s “Life in Cartoon Motion”
4. Lyle Lovett and His Large Band’s “It’s Not Big It’s Large”
5. Ozzy Osbourne’s “Black Rain”
6. John Fogerty’s “Revival”
7. Southern Culture on the Skids’ “Countrypolitan Favorites”
This is the scary, scary stuff that he listens to while writing his horror novels. |
