indeed. pink floyd put out 16 albums as a group as well as multiple soundtracks for movies, making it 19 (or 20, i know of 2) and also their live albums, pulse and is there anybody out there make that 21-22.

yes, i have every one of their albums, including the live ones but i dont have one of the film soundtracks. i dont know if there are more.. oh and i dont have the shine on boxset. i cant afford it. its only £154.99.

Nice; all originals. Eventually I'll be starting a record collection (I have ten broadway records, but no turntable ).

i have a cheap turntable in my room, a midi system hifi and a dude expensive one in living room. it sounds so cool, its like a cd quality...

when i was 6 years old, my dad sat me down in the living room and he played Dark Side Of The Moon on the record player in its entirety and wouldn't let me leave until it has finished. i'm glad he did what he did. had he not introduced me to the ominous sounds of Pink Floyd, i wouldn't have the appreciation for the surreal that i do today. i remember renting the film version of The Wall with a friend when i was in junior high. i didn't sleep for days afterward. it is the shear madness of Pink Floyd that draws me in. to say that one band is a modern day version of this group would be an understatement. there are many that exhibit signs of the art rock bug, most notably Tool, but they seem to be closer to King Crimson or Yes. but regardless, Pink Floyd is perhaps not only one of modern music's greatest enigmas, but also one of its finest offerings.
