Anyone fan of these two bands? Is anyone else going to see them on their tour?
I'm going on Jan 2, got general admission tickets. Say hello to the rug's topography

I might go see Jane's Addiction. But there ain't enough drugs in the world to make me sit through a Manson show. In Memory of the Busby Babes :

... Do you know what prowess means? Because I never claimed to have musical prowess. Taste maybe.. but not prowess. Now stop stalking me, stranger. In Memory of the Busby Babes :

Jane's Addiction puts a good show on.
I have never been to a Manson show, and I have heard that he is a good performer. Say hello to the rug's topography

i saw Manson when he was here (Australia) on his Grotesk Burlesk Tour and it was shit. really shit.
Manson looked like shit (so much for Burlesque glamour) and he barely spoke to the audience. the only decent thing was the fact that the dancers looked like they were having fun. save yourself the money and buy his Guns, God & Government DVD and a slab and sit at home and watch it.

I'd really love to see Jane's Addiction. I haven't been keeping up with the band lately... I guess Perry Farrell isn't dead like I thought he was. If the tour comes near me, I might go anyway. Then I can tell all the kids at the mall I saw Manson. In Memory of the Busby Babes :

i don't really have any interest in manson and his "so called" music, but i saw jane's addiction last month and they ruled. they put on a great show, a band that knows how to get a crowd going... i even got to shake perry farrell's hand at the end of the gig.
their new album isn't in the same league as their earlier stuff, but it's just great to see 'em back and performing again.
oh and if anyone out there knows who the band was that opened for them on their uk tour, let me know cause i missed their name... they have a female bass player/back-up singer.

I'd give my boyfriend's right nut to see Jane's Addiction and get to touch Perry Farrell. Something about heroin addicts that really does it for me. In Memory of the Busby Babes :

it was kinda surreal, they ended the show with "jane says" and just as they were finishing up perry just jumps from the stage right towards us... i swear every guy turned gay for a few mins, hands were all over him.
not sure if he's still on the junk, but throughout the show he had a bottle of jack daniels by his side... he must have been slightly wasted by the end of the gig.

I saw Jane's Addiction on the first lollapaloosa tour. And I saw Porno For Pyros on their first tour. Both shows Kicked ass. Now I'm not gay or nuffin' but if Perry jumpped the fence I would be the next one over waving a rainbow flag and wearing a My Little Pony T-shirt. Him or Bruce Cambell or Sean Connory. I think that all of them. lol I don't mind if you don't like my manners. I don't like 'em myself. They're pretty bad. I grieve over them long winter evenings. And I don't mind you ritzing me or drinking your lunch out of a bottle. But, don't waste your time trying to cross examine me.
