-'sky babies' wildhearts (11 minutes, 36 seconds)

under 60 seconds??? that would be 'Spanish Fly' by Van Halem from Van Halen II (1979). its 57 seconds and its just the fastest solo on an acoustic guitar i've heard with awesome fucking technique. i mean, the guitar must've been smoking after he played this.

over 10 minutes??? you're asking area?????????? well that would have to be a TECHNO song my dear. and for 2000, that techno song is by *searches record boxes* Killahurtz 'West on 27th (A Tribe Called kHz Remix)' at 11 min 35 secs. its on Sasha & Digweed's 'Communicate' 2xCD and i swear to christ this song has the vibe WITHOUT being cheesy. its on a lot of DJ's top ten list for 2000 - an amazing track, it should be your party's climactic song....ask Phoenix!

"Technology is Gay" - Anal Cunt (somthing like 37 seconds)
"A Change of Seasons" - Dream Theater (23 minutes 6 seconds) This is one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands. A masterpiece.

los crudos - we're that spic band 42seconds. pretty much i think they take the cake on 1 minute and under. they probably have like 30 songs all under a minute.

Best song over ten minutes: "Third Eye" by Tool. It's about 15min long and is absolutley surreal. Can't think of anything for under 60 seconds though.

Probably "Stairway to Heaven" by Led Zeppelin (a pretty uneven band in my book...) I would say "Light My Fire" by the Doors, but I think it's only seven-ish minutes?
